We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Client Activation Specialist to join our Transition Management Group(TMG) team within Enterprise Onboarding Platform. This role is located in Singapore .
The Transition Management Group (TMG) manages the coordination of client account opening documentation, technical implementation / reporting, and hand-off to client coverage teams. From inception to go-live, TMG supports the Global Markets Trading businesses (Foreign Exchange, Fixed Income and Equities) – focusing on its clients to meet agreed deliverables, along with championing the client experience.
Responsibilities- Under minimal direction, onboards clients into the system, opens and closes accounts and handles transitions and conversions to the system.
