We are currently looking for an experienced and proactive Client Advisor Russian Speaker for our Dolce & Gabbana boutique located in Barcelona.
As a Client Advisor, you will be the Brand ambassador and you will make sure to provide an excellent service to every customer.

Key Responsibilities
Tailor the client experience in order to elevate experience and impression of the brand

Support the Sale Staff performance providing mentoring and ensure smooth operations on the shop floor

Promote and sell products by identifying our international customers’ needs

Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term relationship with customers

Maintain the store standards according to the guidelines.

Embody and transmit with passion the company projects through an effective product knowledge
