Job responsibilities
Sales
Following the Loro Piana Selling Galateo and all the related Company standards, is responsible for the sales process (“Loro Piana Selling Galateo”) and contributes to the store sales targets achievement

Provides and maintains a high level of customer service

Manages commercial relations with clients in order to assure their highest level of satisfaction

Understand and knows Company KPI’s and work to meet them
Client Management and CRM
Builds and nurtures strong and professional relations with guests by leveraging different IT tools (social apps, clienteling apps, social media, etc…)

Turns every touch point with customers into a positive situations, always promoting Brand image

Communicates to the Management the collected information regarding clients

Complies with the CRM data collection and data protection
