Role Overview:

  • Managing the distributors assigned to negotiate the sales campaigns and build the assets
  • Promoting the Company’s products through multiple sales activities including meetings, seminars and workshops
  • Effectively conduct advisor trainings to train advisors to understand the Company’s products
  • Prepare the sales promotion proposals for regular sales campaigns
  • Achieve the pre-determined sales and AUM targets assigned by the Company
  • Gathering marketing intelligence from distributors to share other functional team internally

    • The ideal candidate should possess the following attributes:

  • Degree in a business, economics, finance and/or related discipline
  • SITCA licensed sales professional
  • Strong presentation and excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • CFA, CAIA, FRM and/related qualifications is a plus
  • Fluent in both Chinese and English - verbal and written
