Client Cash Management Associate (Fixed-Term Contract)

Hello future CCM Associates at OANDA! You’ll be part of a global Treasury, CCM & Exchange Services Department that supports our Clients and their money. You will take ownership of ensuring all deposit and withdrawal transactions for Client cash accounts are processed within 24 hours to the correct Client account for the correct amount. This fixed‑term contract position covers a leave of absence.

• Process all Client cash transactions within a 24‑hour period while adhering to compliance and company policies and addressing any exceptions on a daily basis.
• Respond to all Client cases related to funding issues, resolving Client problems with transactions.
• Work with Agresso and other core platforms to implement system updates and changes.
