Your Role @ CHANEL

As part of the Direct-to-Consumer Department for the Fragrance & Beauty Division, you will collaborate with the CRM Manager and CRM Specialist. Your mission is to support initiatives that leverage client data to enhance engagement and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Data Management: Assist in maintaining and optimizing client databases, ensuring data accuracy and segmentation for targeted campaigns.
  • Engagement Campaigns: Support the execution of personalized mailings and emailings based on behavioral and transactional data.
  • Client Acquisition & Retention: Contribute to strategies aimed at expanding the client base and improving retention metrics.
