About your role:
- Take ownership of analyzing large amounts of data from a variety of sources, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of the customer database.
- Manage data within the customer database, ensuring it is accurate, normalized, and cleansed for reporting and analysis purposes.
- Perform regular data quality checks on current dashboards and reports, identifying issues and opportunities for process improvement.
