Client Development Manager Blue Legal are partnering with a leading national law firm who are recruiting for a Client Development Manager to join their Liverpool office. This strategic role will focus on driving the growth and development of key “working closely with Client Relationship Partners (CRPs), senior leadership, and marketing teams to maximise client value. 
Responsibilities Work alongside Client Relationship Partners to develop and implement strategic account plans for clients within the Generator programme, ensuring clear objectives, growth strategies, and measurable outcomes. 
Support and coach CRPs through both ad-hoc guidance and formal training sessions to drive best-practice client development behaviours.
