Client Executive, Institutional Trust

Overview

The Client Executive owns and grows a portfolio of multinational clients, with full responsibility for retention, relationship expansion, and client satisfaction across Northern Trust. This role delivers tailored, advice‑driven solutions while identifying opportunities to deepen relationships and drive growth. In this role, you will strategically manage institutional asset servicing clients, focusing on client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth while proactively mitigating risk for both the client and the organization. You will work closely with product partners to deliver innovative solutions tailored to each client, drawing on capabilities across Asset Management, Securities, and Front Office Solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor, anticipating client needs and connecting the right resources to deliver results.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of complex master trust, custody, and asset servicing clients
