We are looking for a dynamic Client Success Manager who thrives in a hybrid role focused on both new business acquisition (50% Hunter) and account management & growth (50% Farming).
What you’ll do:
- Drive acquisition of new clients and grow business within assigned markets
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions to support their business goals
- Develop and execute account growth strategies across existing clients
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within key accounts
- Work closely with internal teams on solution design and project implementation
- Monitor account performance, pipeline, and revenue forecasts
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and service delivery excellence
- Provide regular business updates and reports to management
