Role Overview

The Client Operations Specialist bridges the gap between day-to-day transaction processing and strategic business growth. This is not a tech or product-focused role; it is a fast-paced, high-touch B2B Client Growth, Channel Support, and Incident Management position.

In this role, you will accelerate the execution of our growing client onboarding pipeline, systematically taking over daily operational tasks from the Business Development (Sales) team so they can focus entirely on market expansion. Because our business lines are scaling rapidly, you must thrive in an agile environment with shifting deadlines and evolving processes, rolling up your sleeves to handle manual execution and late-evening client escalations whenever necessary.
