Position - Client Performance Reporting Management - 12-Month Contract + 1 month completion bonus.

Being part of the back‑office operations in the area of Operation Services for Singapore and Hong Kong Booking Centres primarily for supporting Client Performance Reporting & Data Quality Management, responsible for supporting queries in the daily operational Client Performance Reporting processing including related data quality control procedures.

• Close collaboration with internal partners, external providers and relevant departments on client performance enquiry, controls/reports, and customised statements.
