Client Service Associate

Job Summary

The Client Service Associate is responsible for providing accurate, efficient and timely processing of over the counter transactions pertaining to deposits, withdrawals, payments, foreign exchange, remittances and other miscellaneous transactions in line with the bank's standards and requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Performs start and end of day banking activities in line with approved processes and standards.
• Provides appropriate customer service to the clients of the Bank; may include but not limited to promoting or offering bank’s products and services.
• Performs other duties that may be required from time to time.
• Ensure compliance with bank's policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job, preferably Business course.
