Client Service Desk Manager (Financial / Wealth)

Location: Taguig City

Work Setup: 100% Onsite (RTO)

Schedule: Night Shift

Salary Range: PHP 80,000 – 90,000

We are looking for an experienced Client Service Desk Manager to lead our Operations / Client Service Desk team within a financial or wealth management environment. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day service desk operations, ensuring high-quality client service delivery, and driving performance across contact center functions.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership experience in financial services, a deep understanding of contact center operations, and a passion for coaching and developing teams.
