About the Role  
The Client Service Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, dealers, representatives, and affiliates in the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and operation of professional broadcast systems. 

Key Responsibilities:  
• Provide technical support for professional broadcast products and systems 
• Support installation, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities 
• Deliver technical training to dealers, representatives, and end users 
• Coordinate on-site service, repairs, and equipment integration 
• Participate in broadcast system design, implementation, and migration projects
