We're seeking a passionate Client Service Associate to join our client's wealth management team. You'll be the first point of contact for their high-net-worth clients, ensuring exceptional service and fostering long-term relationships.
Responsibilities:
Manage client inquiries and requests, providing timely and accurate solutions.
Collaborate with the Wealth Management team to deliver a seamless client experience.
Assist with various administrative tasks, including account onboarding and client meetings.
Qualifications:
3+ years of customer service experience.
Financial Services industry experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
