Client Services Executive

• Salary is $70k - $75k+ super Brisbane CBD location 5 days for 15 months contract
• Minimum 2 years' experience retail / sales environment and admin
• Jewellery experience or knowledge of the metal industry is highly desirable.

Requirements and Duties:

15 month full time contract, no weekend and no late nights.
Assist with the daily operations of the client experience team to provide excellent service to all customers.
Communicate with customers professionally by phone, email, and face to face.
Maintain and use the customer database to support customer relationship activities.
Manage and complete order entries, quotations, picking, payment processing, invoicing, and dispatch tasks.
Complete telephone sales and email sales as required. Ensure completion of order form.
Check the quality of items before they are dispatched to customers.
Complete sales and maintenance duties to meet customer's needs.
