Job Responsibilities:
Input data into the licensing database and maintain on an ongoing basis.Perform letter writing service on behalf of clients for various changes required.Format and publish eRegMonitor surveys on behalf of clients.Update SharePoint or other web sources as required by the company for eRegMonitor surveys and client access.Draft state Board of Pharmacy applications as needed by licensing team.Researches, analyzes, and responds to client inquiries that are routine in nature.Communicate task statuses and questions with management.Initiates contact via phone and email with internal State Licensing team members.Performs functions as directed by the supervisor.Job Qualifications:
