6 Months Contract (renewable), $2600 – $3100, 90 Cecil Street, Mon - Fri 8:45am – 6 pm
Responsibilities- Support client requests by sending enquiries on deposits, loans, financing and card products.
- Manage all post‑sales requests and servicing for deposits, loans, financing and card products.
- Actively track all loan redemptions and seek to retain customers through repricing, referrals and upsells.
- Manage all waiver requests, e.g., fees, overdue interests, late charges from management.
- Raise CRCF for redemption charge.
- Handle HPS Enquiry from CPF Board.
- Verification process: Obtain additional information from customers for incomplete applications.
- Follow up with customers on the completion of applications – maintain a daily drop‑off list (daily report).
- EDD process: Submit EDD form for approval.
