As a Client Solutions Specialist in Telemarketing, you will be responsible for engaging with clients and providing exceptional service.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls
- Assist clients with inquiries and concerns
- Provide product information and support
- Maintain client records and follow up on leads
Requirements
- Educational Attainment: 2 years Vocational/Diploma and/or 2 years undergraduate w/o back subjects
- Degree in Finance and/or Marketing is an advantage
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Local Market (No experience in BPO industry can apply but must have experience in Telemarketing/Local Sales)
- Preferred: Minimum 2 years of experience in Outbound B2B
Work Location: Ortigas Centre, Pasig
Work schedule: Day Shift
