ROLE SUMMARY

The Client Strategy Director (Pod Lead) is a leadership role within the Revenue Tribe, reporting to the VP Client Strategy. Pod Leads are responsible for the commercial performance, strategic direction, and day-to-day operations of a multidisciplinary client pod.

As the commercial lead for the pod, you will own a portfolio of ThisThat’s largest and most strategic client partnerships, while also being accountable for Pod revenue growth, delivery quality, and team performance. You will play a key role in growing long-term client partnerships, increasing committed revenue, and ensuring clients receive strategically valuable, insight-led recommendations.

An understanding of insights and measurement is fundamental to success in this role. Pod Leads work closely with Insight Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure insight outputs deliver measurable commercial value for clients.
