Client Success & Delivery Manager (Shopify Ecommerce)

Propeller Digital is a small ecommerce growth/CRO agency. We help DTC brands improve the part of the customer journey after someone clicks an ad: Shopify stores, headless landing pages, quizzes, bundles, subscription flows, product pages, and conversion-focused launches. We are hiring a senior client-facing operator in Latin America who can keep clients calm, keep projects moving, and keep the team honest about what is actually happening. This is not a VA role. It is also not a sales-only account manager role. You will sit between client success, project management, and delivery operations. Most days you will be inside Slack, ClickUp, Google Sheets, Figma, Shopify, Loom, and client calls turning messy requests into clear priorities. What you will own:
- Daily client Slack and email triage across active ecommerce retainers
- Weekly updates, agendas, call notes, follow-ups, and waiting-on-client lists
