Client Success Manager

Cologne / Remote We are seeking a highly motivated Client Success Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients to ensure their long-term success. As a key member of the client success team, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and drive revenue growth opportunities while ensuring client satisfaction and retention. This role will also challenge your experience and skills to team up with internal client-facing peers consisting of client success managers, program managers, and professional services. These teams work together to ensure the clients’ needs are clearly understood and implemented with professionalism and high quality. Target clients will be Cleverbridge’s mid-market accounts.
