Expected Salary Range: $100943 - $126179 Annually

Target Variable Performance Pay: 10%

The final salary offered will be determined based on a holistic assessment of the candidate’s experience, education, training, and alignment with the role’s requirements. For positions covered by a collective agreement, placement within the range will follow the applicable step or classification.

The Climate Action Consultant is responsible for proactively engaging with Multi-Unit Residential Building (MURB) and Commercial customers (majority run by Property Management companies) in the market to drive measurable participation in the Save on Energy programs with a focus on electrification of heating, hot water and transportation, energy efficiency, or behind the meter resources.
