Clinic Manager / Practice Coach I

Our FYidoctors Guelph clinic is looking for someone like you to bring your exceptional skills and experience and join us as a Practice Coach to fill an existing vacancy!

This position is a full-time role working 40 hours per week. Our clinic is open Monday to Friday.

In this role, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and fostering a patient-focused environment. You’ll empower staff, optimize clinic performance, and enhance the lives of patients in a dynamic, rewarding, and collaborative environment! What You’ll Do

• Lead daily clinic operations to deliver exceptional patient experiences and alignment with company strategy, goals, and values
• Coach and mentor team members to enhance their skills, performance, and knowledge
