Clinical Engagement Specialist

The CES plays a pivotal role in driving brand loyalty and protecting revenue through strong consultant relationships. Their primary responsibility is to build trusting and lasting connections, positioning consultants for success while supporting the growth of the organization. Additionally, the CES ensures consultants are fully prepared for deployment and provides the guidance, resources, and support necessary for a successful career in the U.S. As a trusted advisor, the CES guides consultants through a smooth transition and empowers them to achieve their vision of the American Dream.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Support Consultant Engagement: Host 35+ engagement meetings weekly to build strong relationships, verify clinical quality and provide ongoing support to consultants.

•Drive Performance Metrics: Track, monitor, and report weekly KPIs, including engagement volume, consultants at risk, and pending documentation for filings.
