Clinical Lead (Behaviour Consultant)

JOB SUMMARY The Clinical Lead (Behaviour Consultant) provides trauma-informed, relationship-based clinical support grounded in Positive Behaviour Support and Applied Behaviour Analysis.

This role strengthens direct support teams by offering consultation, coaching, and capacity-building that promotes safety, dignity, skill development, and meaningful participation for children and youth in community and residential settings.

Working closely with the Clinical Director and operational leadership, the Clinical Lead bridges evidence-based behavioural practice with day-to-day program delivery.

Responsibilities include conducting functional assessments, supporting behaviour support and safety planning, delivering staff training, and fostering trauma-informed, person-centred approaches that enhance stability, wellbeing, and long-term success for youth and families.
