Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join our existing team of Clinical Pharmacists working at Scott Arms Medical Centre on behalf of our PCN Health Vision Partnership. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic and forward‑thinking team employed by Health Vision Partnership working at Scott Arms Medical Centre. Professional leadership will be provided by Scott Arms Medical Centre Clinical Lead Partner. This is a full‑time position of 37.5 hours per week, although alternative working hours may be considered for the right candidate. The closing date is 04 July 2026.
