Clinical Pharmacist

Arbennek PCN is looking for an innovative and highly motivated person to join its team as a Clinical Pharmacist.

The role, whilst supporting digital initiatives within the Roseland Surgeries PCN & INT, will be vital in ensuring that patients receive the best possible care and service through improving value andoutcomes from medicines, consulting with and treating patients directly. Thisincludes providing support to manage long-term conditions, advice for thoseon multiple medicines and better access to health checks. The role is pivotal toimproving the quality of care and ensuring patient safety.

The role is part time (16hrs) spread between a Tuesday and a Friday.

Main duties of the job

Supporting GPs: Pharmacists assist GPs with patient care, including managing medications and patient education.

Medication Reviews: Conducting structured medication reviews for patients with ongoing health problems.
