As a Workplace Experience Specialist, you'll play a key role in maintaining Clio's office environment. Reporting to the Burnaby Office Manager, you’ll work collaboratively with the global Workplace Experience team to create an exceptional workplace for all employees. Your responsibilities include front-office management, event coordination, and ensuring facility compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage front-office operations and visitor sign-in
• Conduct site tours and orient guests to the workspace
• Maintain cleanliness and functionality of the office
• Coordinate repairs and track facility deficiencies
