Description
We are seeking a Cloud Engineer to join a Johannesburg-based team (required in-office presence 3 days per week). This is a 6 to 12 month contract with potential renewal. Subcontractor budget: R700/hr. All background and security checks must be clear prior to engagement.
Responsibilities
- Provision, configure and manage Azure resources including Virtual Machines, Storage, Networking and Integration Runtimes.
- Maintain availability, performance and security of the data platform and related infrastructure.
- Design and maintain Microsoft SQL Server databases, stored procedures and SSIS packages.
- Implement and manage identity and access controls: Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Managed Identities and Azure Key Vault integration.
