SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
3–5 years of experience in IT infrastructure support for Azure (90%) and GCP (10%) cloud environments.
Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code in Azure and GCP, including portal management, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), monitoring and analytics, backup management, application gateway management, network management, automation, and documentation.
Experience with cloud computing platforms such as Azure, Google Cloud, and AWS.
Familiarity with container orchestration tools such as Kubernetes or ECS.
