Cloud Operations Engineer

**About the Job**As a Cloud Operations Engineer, you will provide best-in-class customer support for AWS Cloud Infrastructure, including optimization and configuration of customer AWS environments as part of a multicultural 24x7x365 team.Cloud Operations Engineers work four, ten-hour shifts a week or five, eight-hour shifts.This position is 100% remote, based in Mexico.
**Responsibilities**- Communicate with external customers and other Mission Cloud teams about technical issues- Write and use knowledge base articles and runbooks for commonly asked questions or frequently reported issues- Perform changes to infrastructure outside of documented runbooks- Work a shift schedule to provide 24x7 support- Access highly confidential clients and their end customer information and environments.
