As a Cloud FinOps Specialist within our Managed Services Provider (MSP) division, you will occupy a critical bridge between cloud operations, finance, and client success. You will help clients control, optimize, and govern cloud spending across multiple cloud platforms.
Your mission is two-fold: ensuring our operational inventory perfectly aligns with our contractual obligations (preventing uncompensated service delivery) and acting as a strategic advisor to help our clients maximize the value of their cloud investment.
Key Responsibilities: 1. MSP Operational Excellence: Inventory & Scope Governance- Contractual Reconciliation: Perform quarterly audits to ensure the cloud resource inventory (AWS, Azure, GCP) matches the assets listed in the Client Service Agreement.
