Cloud Support Specialist

We are seeking a Cloud Support Specialist to join our team at Marsh. This role will be based in Mexico City and will require working at least three days a week in the office. As a Cloud Support Specialist at Marsh, you will be responsible for problem solving, knowledge generation, developing repeatable processes, and serving as the escalation point for non-standard issues and incidents. You will also be responsible for constructing standard communications.

Responsibilities

• Leverage cloud technologies, preferably AWS.
• Utilize ServiceNow or other ITSM tools for service request management, incident management, and problem management.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve incidents and implement solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related technical field.
• 2–3 years’ experience in a Cloud or Application Support role.
