Cloud Technical Program Manager

Position Overview:

Entrust is currently looking for a Cloud Technical Program Manager to join our team. This position is based in our Shakopee, Minnesota, Ottawa, Canada, or Paris, France office and will report to the VP, SaaS & Infrastructure Operations. The Cloud Technical Program Manager serves as the single point of contact and strategic liaison between Entrust and its managed cloud services partners. This role ensures seamless coordination across all internal functions—including Operations, Engineering, Security, Compliance, Product, Professional Services and Customer Success—to deliver reliable, scalable, and compliant SaaS platform operations.
