Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead CMF from idea to production across multiple categories
- Define colour, material, finish direction across helmets, goggles and eyewear with a supporting role for bikes, bike components, bike accessories and skis
- Translate trend research and brand strategy into executable CMF concepts
- Partner with graphic designers to develop material palettes, colourways, textures, and surface treatments for production
- Build and manage CMF libraries, standards, and seasonal narratives
- Drive prototyping, validation, and production approvals with factories/suppliers, including regular factory travel
