CMM Programmer

Job Title: CMM Programmer  Job Summary  Develop and maintain CMM programs for product inspections, fixture verifications and gauge calibration. Responsibility 

Knowledge of programming software and techniques.

Understand and apply GD&T concepts and Drawing Interpretations

Manage the calibration and maintenance of the CMMs, fixtures and probing systems.

Create, backup and review programs for effectiveness, efficiency and revisions are current.

Operate / Program/Train and evaluate results of the CMM or applicable gauges.

Create and update operator instructions for fixtures and running of programs.

Manage CMM data collection and archiving.

Perform in-process, first off and receiving inspection as required.

Academic/Educational Requirements 

High School Diploma.
