Manage and oversee the operations and maintenance of the CMMP platform for the Single Point Mooring (SPM) Project.
Develop and implement policies, procedures, and training programs to ensure efficient and safe operation of the CMMP platform.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all work is carried out as per permit to work (PTW) system. Conduct risk assessment of control measures as per approved or valid procedures prior to issue the permit. Conduct failure investigation and preparation of Root Cause analysis reports, etc.
- Reviewing project documentation, extracting relevant technical information as and when required for maintenance, inspection and operation of platforms, SPM’s and executing with safe manners. Deployment of suitable teams for corrective and preventive maintenance as per the site requirements. Overall responsible for maintaining Operation and Maintenance KPI.
