CNC Department Supervisor

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced CNC Department Supervisor to lead daily operations and drive performance within our CNC department. This role requires a strong working supervisor with hands-on expertise in fiber laser cutting, water jet cutting, CNC press brake forming, and CNC routing, along with the ability to train, mentor, and elevate a team.

This is a hands-on leadership role-you will be actively involved in production while overseeing team performance, efficiency, and quality.

Team Leadership & Supervision

Supervise and support CNC operators to ensure productivity, accuracy, and accountability
