CNC Lathe Operator

Penmac Staffing is hiring a CNC Machinist for a full-time, long-term opportunity located in Fenton, Missouri. This position is ideal for a machinist with hands-on experience setting up and operating CNC mills and lathes, especially Haas equipment. Set up, layout, and operate CNC mills and/or lathes

Read and interpret blueprints, job orders, and GD&T

Select, install, and secure tooling and fixtures

Set feeds, speeds, offsets, and depth of cut

Adjust offsets and monitor machine operations for quality

Inspect parts using precision measuring tools including calipers, micrometers, indicators, probes, and gauges

Verify parts meet specifications and required tolerances

Perform basic assembly and fitting of manufactured parts as needed
