Duties & Responsibilities As a CNC Miller, you will take shared responsibility for the design of milling processes and full ownership of their execution. Your day-to-day duties will include: Independently reading technical drawings and work instructions to correctly set up and configure 5-axis machining centres, including Hermle, Burkhardt Weber, and Waldrich Coburg. Producing complex, high-precision components — frequently prototypes or small series — to exacting tolerances. Carrying out in-process quality controls throughout production to maintain the highest standards. Managing microplanning on the machine, ensuring the efficient and effective use of tooling and materials. Providing constructive feedback to programmers upon job completion, identifying what worked well and where improvements can be made.
