CNC Milling (Programmer, set-up & Run)

Our company is a well-established organization that specializes in the manufacturing of precision components and sub-assemblies for the aerospace, aircraft, military, medical, optical and defense sectors. Roles & Responsibilities

• Program parts from step files or PDF drawings
• Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to create accurate machining specifications
• Set up and operate CNC machines, ensuring proper tooling and fixtures are in place, when needed
• Conduct regular maintenance checks on machinery to ensure optimal performance, when needed
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot issues and improve processes

Qualifications

• Proficient in CNC programming languages, familiarity with CAD software for designing machining programs (Mastercam & Esprit)
