**Job Description**
This role is a hands-on CNC Operator position within a manufacturing facility, responsible for running multiple CNC mills and lathes, loading material, operating equipment, and performing minor quality checks to ensure parts meet specifications.
**Responsibilities**
+ Run a cell of 2–3 CNC mills and/or lathes safely and efficiently throughout the shift.
+ Grab bar stock and load it into CNC machines in accordance with established procedures.
+ Operate CNC mills and lathes to produce parts that meet defined specifications and quality standards.
+ Perform minor quality control checks on parts to ensure they meet SPEC requirements and dimensional tolerances.
+ Read and interpret blueprints and prints to understand part requirements and machining operations.
