Job Description
Ensures the achievement of daily production plans for the bending section; abides by the code of discipline and standard operating procedures; follows work instructions and collaborates with other operators to improve productivity and product quality.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensures that the daily production plan is met and properly documented.
- Ensures the quality of products being worked on.
- Learns skills that improve productivity.
- Ensures that proper tools and equipment are used when performing work-related tasks.
- Immediately reports any abnormality or irregularity regarding produced items, tools, equipment, and processes to the leadman.
- Observes production procedures related to safety and health at work.
