- Machine Operation : Safely operate CNC turning machines to manufacture parts.
- Quality Control : Conduct first-off inspections, monitor production, and ensure components meet specifications. (Training given.)
- Experience : Proven experience as a Production line Operative.
- Technical Skills : Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
- Technical Knowledge : Familiarity with production line machine controllers, ability to self-diagnose, troubleshoot alarms and machining issues to keep production running.
- Basic Knowledge of Production Line Machines (CNC or similar).
- Soft Skills : Attention to detail, time management, ability to follow instructions, communication with programmers and supervisors, teamwork in production environments.
