CNC Router Operator / Joinery Machinist

Job Description We are a high-quality joinery and manufacturing workshop looking for a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating our flat-bed nesting CNC router, processing sheet goods, and producing precise components for cabinetry, bespoke joinery, and fit-outs. You will work closely with our design and assembly teams to ensure material optimization, accuracy, and minimal waste. Key Responsibilities Machine Operation: Set up, load, and safely operate a flat-bed nesting CNC router. Material Management: Select, inspect, and load sheet goods (MDF, ply, MFC, solid surface) onto the bed, ensuring correct tooling and vacuum hold-down setup. Quality Control: Monitor machining runs, check component tolerances against drawings, and ensure a high-quality edge finish.
