Co-ordinator Sales Planning & Operations
Location: Madrid, Spain.

- Deal Management & Administration
- Set up and maintain deals in Sales & Rights Management systems (RPM).
- Create Finance Release Packages in S2F and generate Materials Orders as required.
- Manage contractual obligations, ensure deadlines are met, and draft contract amendments using standard templates.
- Assist in deal execution with Sales and Legal teams, track workflow of contracts, amendments, notifications, client schedules, and ad‑hoc reports.
- Provide client support, attending external meetings and addressing queries about billing discrepancies, service issues, and scheduling changes.
