   POSITION SUMMARY 
 Ensure continuous operation of the Plant
 Make and respond to online decisions to ensure that the production requirements, as specified by the Facility Manager or his delegate, are achieved.
 Observe safe working practices and procedures while maintaining harmonious working relations with BAPCO, customers, Air Products personnel, and suppliers.
 Responsible for keeping the plant quality procedures, audits and plans, and unit operation parameters per design.
