What You’ll Do

Apply and maintain specialist coatings to ensure durability and compliance with industry standards.
Plan, execute, and document coating applications while maintaining the highest levels of safety and quality.
Work across a variety of projects, including confined space environments.
Produce risk assessments, safety documentation, and method statements.
Collaborate effectively with colleagues and support wider delivery streams.
Progress toward NACE accreditation with full support from WGM.
What We’re Looking For
2–3 years’ experience in coating or spray-painting roles.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
A commitment to safe working practices and high-quality standards.
